5. Electronic Chat

We may now or in the future offer Website visitors live electronic chat with a customer service representative. We may work with a third party vendor to operate any chat function available on the Website. You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any consequences of your choice to disclose information through and beyond the Services. 10. Selling Personal Data; “Sharing” Personal Data for Targeted Advertising

We do not sell, rent, release, disclose, disseminate, make available, transfer, or otherwise communicate Personal Data to third parties in exchange for money.

We will refer to disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising (also known as “ad-tracking”) as “Sharing.” When we Share Personal Data, it may be considered a sale under certain States’ laws.

11. “Do Not Track”

Some browsers and browser extensions have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites not to track your online activities (including for targeted advertising) across websites. We do not respond to “do not track” signals at this time. This includes universal opt-out mechanisms (also called opt-out preference signals/OOPS) such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

12. Third-Party Web Analytics Tools

We use third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to analyze and improve the use of our Services and deliver a better experience. Google Analytics uses cookies that allow your use of the Website to be analyzed. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not conflated with other Google data. The Website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()” – as a result, IP addresses are further processed in truncated form, so that reference to individuals can be ruled out. If the information collected about you is personally identifiable, it will be blocked immediately, and the Personal Data deleted as soon as possible.

You can prevent cookies from being stored by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. You can also prevent the data generated by cookies concerning your use of the Website from being provided to Google, and the processing of this information by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Even if you unsubscribe or opt out of promotional communications, you will still receive transactional communications from us, such as communications related to price quotes, purchases, password reset requests, customer service follow-up, and other communications necessary to make the Services available to you or respond to your questions and concerns.
