Return Policy

Gerriets Dance Floors is committed to providing our customers with exceptional products and customer service. With this in mind, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with our return and shipping policies if the need arises to return an item.

For All Orders:

• Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order in its original, unused, and unopened packaging.

• A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

• Customer must notify Gerriets Dance Floors in writing prior to the return.

• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay return shipping costs unless the order is shipped incorrectly by Gerriets Dance Floors.

• Credits/Refunds will be issued after inspection of goods once received in our warehouse. Gerriets Dance Floors may refuse to credit any amount if the returned item(s) has been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

• There are no returns on cut dance floor, custom orders, wooden sprung dance floors, or close out/final sale items.

Shipping Policy

Gerriets Dance Floors can ship to most addresses worldwide. Depending on your needs, we have shipping partners that can accommodate most requests. Stock orders will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase.

Domestic Shipments:

1. All shipping charges F.O.B. our warehouse in Ewing, NJ 08638
2. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via UPS.
3. Other carriers such as FedEx can be used at the customer’s request.
4. All Online Shop orders ship only via UPS to US shipping addresses.
5. For oversized or heavy weight shipments, we have several freight partners that can be used.
6. All shipping charges are prepaid and added to the customer’s invoice.
7. Upon request, we will bill shipping charges to the customer’s account number.

International Shipments:

1. All shipping charges F.O.B. our warehouse in Ewing, NJ 08638
2. All shipping charges must be paid in full prior to goods shipping.
3. All orders will be shipped via UPS.
4. If an order cannot ship via UPS, we will find the appropriate method and communicate that method before we ship.
5. Customer must supply customs broker information for shipments not using UPS.
