Gerriets Dance Floors warrants the following vinyl dance floors for a period of five years against defective manufacturing providing the flooring has not been abused or subjected to harmful and unreasonable use:

VARIO PRO / VARIO MOVE / VARIO MOTION / VARIO BEAT / VARIO UNI

All other Gerriets Dance Floors vinyl flooring is warranted for a period of one year pending no evidence of abusive, harmful, and unreasonable use.

It is recommended to use VARIO DAILYCLEAN and VARIO DEEPCLEAN cleaning products to maintain and clean your Gerriets Dance Floor.

Important: Failure to adhere to Gerriets Dance Floors Installation Instructions immediately voids the warranty.

Wood Sprung Floor Systems

VARIO Ergodance Sprung Floor Systems are warranted for a period of two years against defective manufacturing pending no evidence of abusive, harmful and unreasonable use.

Important: Failure to adhere to Gerriets Dance Floors Installation Instructions immediately voids the warranty.

Examples of abusive, harmful and unreasonable use:

• Excessive wear and tear

• Exposure to extreme temperature or humidity, moisture or chemicals, fire, accident, abuse, negligence, misuse, or Acts of God.

• Use of unauthorized cleaners or solvents.

We will not honor claims for any consequential damages, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, installation costs, or loss of profit.
